Where your expert's calendar is open, book a one-hour session against a published time and pay at checkout. Otherwise, request an intro and 5HC replies within one business day. No retainers, no contracts. Colleagues are welcome to join your session.

Work the problem, keep the output
Bring the decision, workflow, or build you need to move, and work it live with the expert. Most sessions end with concrete next steps, and many produce working artifacts: prompts, working documents, plans you can run the next day.

Alex is an AI strategist and the Founder/CIO of Algorithmic Capital, where he architects machine learning systems for algorithmic trading. As an active entrepreneur, he brings first-hand experience applying generative AI to streamline real-world business processes. He founded Automata, an AI-agent product that handles email, phone, and calls, and leads its development team. He works with companies applying AI to their operating workflows. Alex specializes in helping executives cut through the hype to deploy AI solutions that solve complex business problems.

Brandon Adams
Founder of 5HC; economic and financial analysis with LLMs
Brandon Adams taught undergraduate courses for nine years at Harvard in behavioral finance, game theory, and international macroeconomics, and for three years at the University of Miami. He was the primary research assistant for Michael Lewis' The Big Short. His first encounters with AI came in the mid-2000s, when he studied AI applied to poker. He founded 5HC to teach executives how to use AI — hands-on, one-on-one, on the executive's real work. He holds Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect – Professional credential (2026).

Damian Galarza

Damian Galarza is a fractional CTO and software engineer with more than 15 years of experience building production systems. He focuses on AI-agent architecture, production AI engineering, and developer tooling. He works with technical founders and product teams evaluating an architecture, restarting a stalled AI initiative, or integrating coding agents into an existing development process.

Joshua Bretag
Growth specialist; AI deployments for fast-moving companies
Joshua Bretag is a growth specialist at Cubatica, an Australian performance-marketing firm. He came to AI by way of self-taught web development, SEO, and paid media on Facebook and Google Ads, and he now works mainly on AI deployments for small, fast-moving companies. He helps founders turn a large idea into a first deployment they can ship, often in two-week sprints, and he will say plainly when systems and processes can do the job without AI. He also runs his own multi-agent development setup and is glad to walk clients through how he organizes parallel coding agents, reviews, and merges.
